STACKED HOUSE
Located in the suburbs of Ioannina, the Stacked House is defined by clean lines and a strong contrast of materials, establishing a distinct visual identity while conveying a contemporary and dynamic character. The design strikes a balance between transparency and privacy, seamlessly integrating living within the natural landscape.
A layered living experience,
Defined by clarity, contrast, and character.
Set in the suburban edge of Ioannina, this contemporary duplex embraces clean lines, raw textures, and a bold black steel skin — creating a dialogue between transparency and privacy, between architecture and landscape.
Compact in footprint, expressive in form.
A grounded presence.
The use of matte artificial stone forms a tactile base, anchoring the house into its landscape — while large glass openings dissolve the boundary between indoor and out.
Each unit is designed for privacy, yet open to light, air, and quiet interaction with the surrounding nature.
Composed serenity.
A restrained material palette and soft planting dissolve the boundaries between built and natural. The outdoor spaces function as transitional thresholds — intimate, contemplative zones where structure, atmosphere, and landscape are in quiet equilibrium.
